Describe your idea in a few sentences. I'll turn it into a product plan.
The Project Architect process
From a simple idea to a detailed product plan in five steps.
- 1
Overview
I read your idea and separate what you said from what I assumed.
- 2
Features
A prioritised list of features for your first version and later.
- 3
Tech Stack
A technical architecture that fits your needs, without the fashionable extras.
- 4
UI Preview
A realistic preview of the screen that shows your product best.
- 5
Project Plan
A clear brief: what goes in version one, what waits, and how complex it is.

How it works
From idea to architecture.
I turn rough product ideas into structured feature sets, technical decisions, prototypes and a buildable MVP plan. The Project Architect is that process, in software. It's also a small demonstration of how I build things.
Under the hood: OpenAI reads your idea, a decision model scores the trade-offs, deterministic rules keep the stack honest, React Flow draws the architecture and Google Stitch sketches the UI. Every AI step has a fallback, so it never gets stuck.
Product thinking
Clarify the problem, the users and what actually matters for version one.
Technical depth
A stack that fits the product, explained in plain English, with nothing added for show.
Practical output
Walk away with a clear, buildable plan. Not a pile of buzzwords.
